Children's Oral Health
At Rowland Hill Nursery School, we support children's health and wellbeing, including their oral health.
Help your child build great brushing habits with these simple tips:
🪥 Brush teeth twice a day—morning and night.
💧 Use fluoride toothpaste: a smear for under 3s, a pea-sized amount for over 3s.
⏱ Brush for 2 minutes—don’t rush!
🥛 Choose milk or water—skip sugary drinks and snacks, especially at bedtime.
🙌 Supervise brushing until at least age 7.
😁 Visit the dentist regularly—it's never too early to start!
